Accredited Multi-Skilled Construction Courses

We offer a range of high quality accredited construction courses including units in plastering, plumbing, tiling, carpentry, kitchen fitting, bricklaying and domestic electrics.

Many people are choosing to complete more than one trade course at our centre.  The benefits of this are you have more skills to offer your customers and potential employers.

You are free to choose a combination of different trades to suit your future plans.

For example, completing plumbing, tiling and plastering would enable you to complete each trade independently but also combine them to complete a bathroom refurbishment.

A customer may prefer to only deal with one person for their bathroom refurbishment project and you benefit from one job now giving you a couple of weeks work, plus you do not have to wait on other trades.

You will also receive an accredited qualification.

Our Multi-Skilled Construction Courses

Each trade is taught the same no matter which qualification you choose.  For example, you could be attending a plumbing course as part of a Level 3 Certificate in Bathroom Installation Skills qualification and someone else on the same course is complete the plumbing training as part of a kitchen installations qualification and someone else may be attending the plumbing course without any qualification attached.  This is the same for all trades.

We do not teach you to just tile a bathroom or tile a kitchen or plaster a bathroom or plumb in a bathroom, etc.  We teach you a wide range if skills related to each trade.  For more information on course content, read the descriptions for each of the 9/10 day courses.

Level 3 Award in Building Installation and Property Maintenance Skills

We offer a AIM Qualifications Level 3 Award in Building Installation and Property Maintenance Skills qualification which allows you to select 2 trades from the following 9/10 day courses we offer; plastering, tiling, plumbing, carpentry, kitchen fitting, bricklaying and domestic electrics.

There are no mandatory units for this qualification so you can change planned trades if you need to and if you give enough notice of your planned course change.

We ask that you complete the 2 trades within 2 years of the start date of your first course.

The cost of this course is the cost of each of the 2 trades you choose plus £200 for the Level 3 qualification. Total: £2,500 for 2 trades and the qualification.  Offer.  For a limited time this course is available for £2,300

Each trade must be paid in full at least 4 weeks before the course start date.  The cost of £200 for the Level 3 qualification must be paid when booking and is non-refundable if you choose not to complete the required number of trades within the timeframe.

If you are unsure when you can attend the second trade, you can just book your first trade and pay for that course and the Level 3 qualification.  You can book and pay for the other trade as and when you can.

Level 3 Certificate in Building Installation and Property Maintenance Skills

We offer a AIM Qualifications Level 3 Certificate in Building Installation and Property Maintenance Skills qualification which allows you to select 3 trades from the following 9/10 day courses we offer; plastering, tiling, plumbing, carpentry, kitchen fitting, bricklaying and domestic electrics.

There are no mandatory units for this qualification so you can change planned trades if you need to and if you give enough notice of your planned course change.

We ask that you complete the selected trades within 2 years of the start date of your first course.

The cost of this course is the cost of each of the trades you choose plus £200 for the Level 3 qualification.  Total: £3,650 for 3 trades and the qualification.  Offer.  For a limited time this course is available for £3,450

Each trade must be paid in full at least 4 weeks before the course start date.  The cost of £200 for the Level 3 qualification must be paid when booking and is non-refundable if you choose not to complete the required number of trades within the timeframe.

If you are unsure when you can attend all trades, you can just book your first trade and pay for that course and the Level 3 qualification.  You can book and pay for the other trades as and when you can.

Level 3 Diploma in Building Installation and Property Maintenance Skills

We offer a AIM Qualifications Level 3 Diploma in Building Installation and Property Maintenance Skills qualification which allows you to select 6 trades from the following 9/10 day courses we offer; plastering, tiling, plumbing, carpentry, kitchen fitting, bricklaying and domestic electrics.

There are no mandatory units for this qualification so you can change planned trades if you need to and if you give enough notice of your planned course change.

We ask that you complete the 6 or 7 trades within 2 years of the start date of your first course.

The cost of this course is the cost of each of the trades you choose plus £200 for the Level 3 qualification. Total: £7,100 for 3 trades and the qualification.  Offer.  For a limited time this course is available for £6,900

Each trade must be paid in full at least 4 weeks before the course start date.  The cost of £200 for the Level 3 qualification must be paid when booking and is non-refundable if you choose not to complete the required number of trades within the timeframe.
