Throughout the assessment people spoke in extremely positive terms about the service they had received, commenting on how it had helped them move forward in their personal and career development.
This confirmed to me that the contribution that IAG makes to the achievement of the organisation’s mission. The commitment to putting the needs of learners at the heart of everything the Service does was demonstrated in the ways support is provided.
The impression is of a well respected organisation.

We offer a range of plastering courses at both of our training centres. We offer both intensive training courses aimed at people who have little or no previous experience and we also offer accedited courses up to NVQ level 2. The plastering training is very practical based and we have a number of realistic sized bays to really put you through your paces and build up your skill and confidence. People currently travel from all areas of the UK to attend our courses, for example, Stoke-on-trent, Staffordshire, Manchester, Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Liverpool, Wales, Scotland, Bournemouth, Derby, Nottingham, Shrewsbury. Due to the demand from people who have attended our plastering courses we have now added a number of supporting courses such as rendering and wet plastering. Details of these courses can be found in the plastering section on the left menu.
We offer a range of plumbing training courses in Stoke-on-Trent and Wolverhampton and these courses can take you from having never soldered or fitted a bathroom suite to acheiving NVQ 6189 in Plumbing and Heating. Our plumbing courses are held in realistic sized bays and all tools and materials are provided free of charge whilst you are at the centre. As well as learning the practical skills of soldering, pipe bending, using speedfit, installing bathrooms including showers, installing and maintaining heating systems you will also understand the relevant theory so that when you complete a job you walk away knowing that you will not recieve a call from the customer stating that there is a problem. We are proud of our plumbing training courses as we are of all of the courses that we offer.
We are a TTA (The Tile Association) approved training centre which is something that we are very proud of as not all training centres work to the standard that is expected from this association. As with all of our training courses our tiling courses is aimed at taking you from having little or no knowledge to being able to confidently complete tiling work in peoples houses. The tiling training you receive is delivered by tutors who have their own tiling company so they are teaching you the skills they use day in day out with their business.
We offer carpentry and kitchen fitting courses which we started offering due to the demand that we received from customers along with a 5 day intensive brickwork course.
If you have any suggestions for courses that we do not currently offer please feel free to contact the centre via email or telephone.
