4 Days BS7671:January 2008, FULL 17th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations Course
This is the latest 17th edition course, 2382-12, that contains the latest amendments to the regulations. This course now replaces the 2382-10 qualification.
The objective of this course is to enable candidates to understand the content and application of the 17th editin regs book (you will need a copy of the green 17th edition book). The course is classroom based and will involve a 2 hour exam on the Thursday afternoon, this exam is an open-book exam.
Ideal for all those involved in electrical installation work of any kind. Delegates should have an understanding of electrical principles together with experience of electrical installation work.
This course is offered over 4 days instead of the normal 3 days to give you extra time to revise and prepare for the 2 hour (2 min per question) online exam. The extra day also allows you to sit the exam mid afternoon instead of at the end of a full days training.

To achieve this qualification the candidate is required to complete all 8 mandatory units: which follows each of the 7 Parts of BS7671:2008 and unit 8 covers the appendices.

Books needed for the course
You will only need the 'Green Book', Requirements for electrical installations, ISBN - 978-1-84919-269-9
It is recommended that you bring your own copy of the book with you as throughout the course you will personalise it and it will become used in your day to day work.
Duration and Cost.
4 Days in duration from 8am until 4pm at the Willenhall centre and from 9am until 5pm at the Stoke centre. Please arrive at the centre at least 15 minutes before the course start time.
The cost of this course is £450 INC VAT and includes, the cost of registering you with the awarding body and certification. PLEASE NOTE: You will need to bring with you your own copy of the 17th edition regulations.
We ask for a non-refundable £100 deposit to secure your place on a course and payment in full 10 days prior to the course start date. The deposit is taken off the full amount for the course so you pay £100 deposit followed by £350. If you wish to discuss other payment options please call the centre on 01782 837007.
